Free! About two weeks ago i decided it was time for another routine fecal exam for my bearded dragon. I decided the next time i saw a fecal in her cage that i was going to scoop it and take it to work to run and check for parasites as a preventative measure. Well the problem is, since then i have not seen a fecal. Why is he running around like crazy? i dont think he can really see any of the other animals. he's not doing it to me either. Over the past week, my female dragon has been acting a little sluggish. She was in brumation for awhile, but that ended about a month ago. I took her out today and gave her a bath. I noticed that she had a build up of what looked like a mix of urate and sand around her anal pore. And when i looked at the eggs they were all dented and half deflated. so i put them in a glass tank and up the humidity to where it almost makes a rain cloud and some of them got plump again. I went with the home made incubator, and i did really well with it too 14 out of 16 hatched of the first clutch. would of been 15 but one baby drowned in his egg. he cut the slit in the egg then turns from the hole and drowned in his liquid. |
