Yan Qin Li BeiYan Qin Li Bei is the Shen Dao stone stele for Yan Qin Li, Yan Zhen Qing's great-grandfather. There were calligraphy carved in four sides. But now there're only the calligraphy on the front, back and the right side left. The calligraphy on the left side was lost in North Song dynasty. It was buried for a long time until it was discovered in 1922 in Xi An. It's now kept at Xi An Stone Stele Forest. It's made in 779, when Yan Zhen Qing was 70 years old. At that time, Yan Zhen Qing's calligraphy style is very mature. The whole piece is powerful with tremendous momentum, precipitous and thick stokes, spacious structure, vigorous brush. It's the representative of Yan's Kai Shu. กก More Pictures. |
