Chinese calligraphy works have served as a wholesale holiday decoration idea for thousands of years. People use the art works to decorate rooms. There usually are some Chinese calligraphy works hang on the wall to decorate the homes.

Today, Chinese calligraphy art works are also appear in cars. In China, a lot of cars are decorated with some good Chinese phrase such as "safe on the way" in Chinese calligraphy.

On the wedding day, there should be some Chinese calligraphy characters such as "double happiness", "good fortune", "celebration". These calligraphy works should be on red paper since red means good fortune or luck.

Even poor people in China will have Chinese calligraphy works there. If the Chinese characters there were some print, the owner of the house will be regarded as an idiot.
